Nicholl is great, stopped in for a facial and Cryo add on. The atmosphere was extremely calming and zen, the experience was so relaxing and calming I almost fell asleep. My skin was left glowing, I highly recommend visiting their location in Kona.
I am so grateful that I found Kona Cryo Wellness & Aesthetics! I had been dealing with unbearable knee pain for months and months. After multiple appointments with an orthopedic surgeon, x-rays, MRI and two rounds of physical therapy I wasn’t sure I would find anything to relieve the pain or swelling. It was to the point that I couldn’t even swim without being miserable. I decided to try cryotherapy as a last resort. After my first session, I noticed an improvement! Several appointments later and my knee was as close to pain free as it had been in a long while. Nicholl is absolutely wonderful- so professional and knowledgeable.

I made my appt and when the day came my dog got ran over . I went in early to tell Nichol that I would need to reschedule. I was upset and distraught . She switched things around to accommodate me right away . I ended up having a very relaxing treatment and felt very taken care of and nurtured by Nichol. I felt much better after and was able to deal with the stress of the situation much more easily . Nichol is professional and kind . The environment is peaceful and healing . I highly recommend visiting Nichol for an array of treatments .
Nicoll is a true professional and explained the benefits of CryoTherapy AND a Cryo facial to me. I have received treatments two weeks in a row and have been feeling really good! Booked a package to keep the benefits going and am really enjoying the ME time to take care of myself as a 50+ woman who enjoys working out, but am NOT an athlete. This treatment is not just for injury...it promotes overall wellness. Also, I see a nice difference in my face from the facial therapy, as well. Highly recommend giving it a try!
I have been experiencing chronic pain and inflammation in my wrist. With regular visits to Kona Cryo I have been able to go back to work at full capacity and have been pain free! My experience at Kona Cryo was an excellent and rejuvenating one. I went in for a localized treatment for my carpal tunnel (gamer hands, ugh) + cryo facial but ended up splurging and getting the full body experience. I’m walking on cloud 9 right now and my skin feels fantastic. The swelling in my hands is severely reduced and as a bonus the migraine I had the morning of has been shrunk to a pea. I’m definitely planning on coming back for additional treatments.

Nicholl was the absolute GOAT. She talked me through each and every step of each procedure and was particularly helpful during my full body session. She provided support and encouragement as she plunged my aching body to temperatures I’ve never experienced. I walked out feeling like a dream and attribute this to her excellent handling. My wife and I went over our booked time (as we ended up electing towards getting some extras) but Nicholl never rushed us or made us feel unwelcomed.
